What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
To celebrate the launch of Harriett Falvey's Online Shop, we are offering FREE SHIPPING for Australia and New Zealand. FLAT RATE OF $10NZD for the rest of the world. This does not include any custom or duty taxes.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We use PayPal - PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of different Credit/Debit cards. If you do NOT have a paypal account simply select ‘Don’t have a paypal account’ icon and proceed to enter your credit or debit card details. Your payment will still be processed with the safety of PayPal without having to create an account. We also accept bank transfers over email for New Zealand customers. Simply email us your order and shipping destination and we will reply with a price and bank account number.
How long will delivery take?
We strive to have all orders processed within 24 hrs, if there is a further delay or hiccup you will be advised via email and if any alterations are needed, length of full length dress shortened etc, please advise as this can delay delivery slightly .
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
PayPal Purchase Protection (also known as PayPal Buyer Protection) applies for certain, qualifying purchases regardless of the payment method. For these qualifying purchases, PayPal will cover you for the full amount of the item plus original shipping costs if you do not receive the item or if you receive an item but it is significantly different than the description the seller provided. To receive reimbursement for items that are significantly not as described, you will be required to return the item to the seller, or in some cases to PayPal, and to pay the return shipping costs. PayPal Purchase Protection is not available for In-Store Checkout transactions. To be eligible for PayPal Purchase Protection, you must file a Dispute in the PayPal Resolution Center within 45 days of the date you sent the payment, escalate the Dispute to a Claim within 20 days of the date you filed the Dispute, and meet the eligibility criteria in Section 13 of the PayPal User Agreement.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After your payment has been received into our 'PayPal' account, your order will be processed, folded and wrapped in a red ribbon, ready for either a New Zealand Courier ( Now Courier's) to collect or I will personally take your parcel to New Zealand Post. If you require a track and trace postage method or Express, please let me know via email and I can let you know 'tracking details'.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive an email with your order invoice after your payment has been accepted. Please remember the world of 'Online Shopping' is a new process for us and we will strive to do our best and have your goodies to you asap, but some delays may occur as we figure out times of shipping etc.
