Each Harriett Falvey veil is made to order by hand in my Auckland studio.
Most veils take 2 – 5 weeks to create, though intricate or custom designs may take a little longer.
If you have a set wedding date, please mention it when you order so I can prioritise your piece. Rush orders and Express Shipping options are also available to help speed along the process.

Absolutely! That’s one of my favourite parts of the process. I can adjust lengths, lace types, pearl placement, comb width, or add a blusher to suit your vision. Simply send a photo of your dress or inspiration and we can finalise the details before I begin creating.

All pieces are made in the perfect shade of light Ivory. Unsure on a colour match with your dress? Please feel free to send me a photo of your dress in natural lighting and I can colour match items for you. Custom dyeing is also available.

Yes - I get asked this question a lot

There are a few different options:

• Veil Combs in silver or gold - 3cm, 8cm or 12cm
• Metal Hair Clips (X3) in Black, Brown, Auburn or Ivory - best for mantilla styles
• No attachments added - your hair stylist requested this

Each pair is made to your measurements for a perfect, comfortable fit. Fitted around your arm and flaring out around your hand to show off your new wedding ring.

Your piece will arrive beautifully boxed and ready to keep as an heirloom. Hang your veil after use to let any travel creases fall out naturally, or use a gentle steamer. Avoid spraying perfume directly onto the fabric and store it in its box or a garment bag away from sunlight.

Due to every Harriett Falvey bridal piece being hand-made to order for each bride, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Worldwide! Orders are shipped from New Zealand using tracked courier services.
For US brides, all prices include Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) - meaning your tariffs and duties are already covered, and your parcel will arrive with no extra fees at delivery.
For other countries (UK, Ireland, Canada, EU, Australia etc.), local import duties or VAT may still apply.

We offer two shipping/delivery options to suit your needs:

• Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): Free on all orders worldwide
• Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Available for $95
