Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Rush Orders: This is tailor-made for all my lovely brides who need their veils ASAP or just can't resist jumping to the top of my to-do list! Available for $95
(Please keep in mind that the Rush Order Option covers the expediting of the production process only and not the shipment. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to me. I am here to make your wedding dreams come true = fast!)
During peak wedding seasons, processing times may be slightly extended due to high demand, but we always do our best to ensure prompt service.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): Free on all orders worldwide
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Available for $95
(Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, courier delays, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions.)
International Shipping
U.S. orders ship DDP - duties prepaid for you! Your Harriett Falvey bridal pieces ships from New Zealand using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means all U.S. customs tariffs, duties, and import fees are already included in the price - no surprise bills or delays at delivery.
We handle all customs paperwork for you, so your veil arrives safely and beautifully wrapped - ready for your wedding day.
(Please note: DDP applies to U.S. orders only. Deliveries to Ireland, the U.K., Canada, and other international destinations may still incur local import fees.)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. If you do not receive this email within 3 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team at shop@harriettfalvey.com
