At Harriett Falvey Bridal, every piece is individually handmade to order with the highest level of care and craftsmanship. Because each item is custom made for each bride, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We take great pride in the quality and attention to detail of our work, and every item is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you have any questions before ordering — such as colour matching, length options, or custom requests — please contact us at shop@harriettfalvey.com prior to placing your order. We are always happy to help ensure your veil or accessory is perfect for you.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue promptly. We will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.

As all pieces are handmade to order, returns are not accepted for change of mind, event cancellation, or delays caused by postal or customs services. Thank you for understanding and supporting slow, handcrafted bridal design - each piece is truly made with love in New Zealand.
